To improve user experience, added a limit for maximum import size of 4 sq km for Pay-As-You-Go users only (no limit for subscribers). This was added because of the long length of time it can take PlaceMaker to draw the preview geometry when using a Pay-As-You-Go license on a large area. The long time can cause users to think that PlaceMaker isn’t working and it can also cause the authentication token to time-out.
